A new batch of high-precision CNC machining centers has been installed, strengthening our mold making and tooling spare parts capabilities.
Betav has completed the installation and commissioning of a new batch of high-precision CNC machining centers at our Huizhou facility. The new equipment expands our machining capacity and shortens lead times for mold components and tooling spare parts.
The new machining centers offer improved positioning accuracy and repeatability, allowing us to hold tighter tolerances on mold cores, cavities, inserts, and precision spare parts. Combined with our existing equipment, the additional capacity also gives us more flexibility for parallel processing of multiple projects.
For customers in our tooling and spare parts service line, the expanded capacity translates into faster turnaround for replacement components and urgent parts, helping reduce production downtime. Our engineering team has completed full qualification of the new machines, and they are now in regular production service.
